**APT-C-08 (Manlinghua)** has recently launched targeted cyberattacks against governments, defense industries, and universities in South Asia and neighboring regions by directly delivering Python samples packaged with Nuitka. The group uses backdoor and data-exfiltration components to remotely control compromised systems and steal sensitive information, posing a persistent and high-level threat.
