Recent ClickFix campaigns have demonstrated highly adaptive multi-stage infection techniques—leveraging MSI, NodeJS, and Python payloads, aggressive social engineering, DLL sideloading, and stealthy command-and-control infrastructure—to establish persistent footholds in victim environments and facilitate post-compromise reconnaissance.
